Testimonials
Your company and staff are literally a breath of fresh air
Good morning Molly,
I am writing this email following speaking with Louisa, I would like to say that . I have had the pleasure of meeting Hayley, Fran, Tracy, Sonia and Rhi so far, and as a family we are absolutely delighted to have your company caring for our mum, but more importantly mum is happy 😃and a happy mum = a happy family.
All of your staff including yourself Molly are polite, courteous, approachable, respectful, caring, happy, thorough and an absolute pleasure to work with. We love that they ask questions to aid the care given to mum, your staff treat mum with dignity and respect and they all remember that mum is blind. Our experience with the previous care company was very unpleasant and upsetting and I cannot thank you enough for restoring our trust as a family in having care at home.
I loved the newsletter, I will read and describe the pictures in it to mum.
Myself and my brother can now relax knowing that mum is safe and happy when your carers come in. You all interact with the family in a happy and positive manner, which we were not used to, we can’t thank you enough but more importantly than anything else, mum is happy and she no longer dreads her care calls, there is joy, happiness and laughter back in mums life when your staff are in her home and it’s wonderful to see and hear.
Thank you so much Molly, we hope that you are proud of yourself and your staff and I would recommend your company to anyone that is thinking of having care at home and I will take the time to share our experience with Wiltshire Council.
I have also spoken with a few members of staff on the phone, I cannot remember all the names but every interaction has been positive and the most important thing to us as a family is that you all listen.
Sorry for being repetitive but thank you again.
Kind regards,
Jo

All very dedicated
Thank you so much for sending your carers round to help me early after I came out of hospital, they were all very pleasant and it was a great relief for my family to know I was looked after. I wish you all the very best and the real food work you all do.

I miss you guys
I hope all things are well at the Firs, I miss you guys, and I always look on your Facebook page to see you’re up to. You are the most amazing, nominated individual for a care provider the UK has ever asked for.

Dedicated and helpful
I am writing to you as I would like to give feedback on my time with R. My time with R has greatly helped my confidence both socially and about independent living and travel. R is by far my favourite I have ever had. R has been dedicated and helpful with whatever situation I have found myself in.

So accommodating and kind
I just wanted to send you an email to say how wonderful all his carers are. I had struggled for a long time with trying to care for C and my inlaws on my own. Your wonderful people have come along and support C so kindly and always seem to go above and beyond, this gives me such relief. I know his condition is getting worse, but the support R has given me along, so C has been incredible. She really is a huge support. I’ve also had conversations with others, either on the phone or in person and I can honestly say every one of them is so accommodating and kind.

You all gave up even in your own time to sit with her
Please pass on my thanks to all the carers who looked after R during her time being cared for by the firs. You all gave up even in your own time to sit with her during her last couple of days, I’m sure she got great comfort from familiar voices. I am very impressed with E and the maturity she’s shown in someone so young. The care and compassion at the end of R life was commendable.
